It Has Been Far Too Long
I was looking through the blogs that are listed on Lefty's site and I realized that it has been far too long since I have posted anything. I truly have tons of stuff to say, but with our computer down at the house and not having tons of time before school or after on most days has not lent itself to me being able to post that often. I am hoping that is going to change and actually am thinking about post tomorrow when I get to work. Okay, don't fall over with shock if it happens because I need you one or two faithful readers to still be around incase I have an eiphany that I need to share to you all.
My break was spent with some frustrations and wonderings. I am starting to realize that there is no reason why my pain is more painful one day to the next. There is only one thing that I have found that causes it to be worse and that is if I am extremely physically active. When I am in tons of pain, food is the last thing that I want and so since I have not been able to go to the gym I have still losed some weight because of the lack of calorie intake.
We headed up to San Francisco to see the Chronic Pelvic Pain specialist, only to be told that they had called the home and not our cell phone in the late morning to cancel my early afternoon appointment. Now we had already been on the road for an hour and it never occurred to us to call the home phone to see if we had any messages. Anyways, long story short I have an appointment on February 12th. Hopefully this one will stay and we will get some sort of progress on what is going on with me.
School is going wonderful. I love my students and they are a great bunch of kids. I can honestly say that I look forward to every day that I have the privilege to walk through the door and enjoy the time with them learning and teaching all the standards that they need to know inorder to be successful. I know that seems strange but I love it.
Well I am going to wrap this up and plan on writing more tomorrow. Dinner is begging to be made and so it is off to the kitchen for me and I will write more to you all, faithful and loyal readers that you are, later.
